Dynamic leadership often requires the leader to address team members in different ways to illicit the same behaviours – it’s about recognising and then valuing difference. Understanding how people prefer to operate in the working environment and applying an approach to compliment it, ensures teams are more effective and cohesive. 

Dynamic leadership also involves calculated decision making that adequately evaluates the outcome of a team’s actions and refines the instructions given in order to produce the desired results. Having the willingness to acknowledge that on occasion, a situation can be improved by changing one’s mind, and then doing so, is being prepared to use dynamic leadership to the benefit of all.
